All our courses are organised in 16 modules which are based on Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) dividing language knowledge into 6 levels:

A 1 – Breakthrough or beginner

A 2 – Waystage or elementary

B1 – Threshold or intermediate

B2 – Vantage or upper-intermediate

C1 – Effective Operational Proficiency or advance

C2 – Mastery or Proficiency

Each level lasts two terms, i.e. 2 modules, except for B1, C1 and CW for which it is 4 modules, i.e. 4 terms. Candidates are enrolled into module which corresponds to their level of prior knowledge. If the candidates have a certificate of acquired level according to CEFR, they will have to take a placement test. The test helps determine which module is right for the student. Placement test comprises of testing for core language skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing). Apart from that, we take into account candidate profile. Candidates are enrolled into one module, i.e. one term. You don’t have to be afraid of a placement test; the goal is to help you learn a language with ease and in the best possible environment!
